Granicus’ annual Digital Government Awards honor transformational achievements improving citizen engagement, service delivery and government efficiency
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Granicus, the leading provider of government experience software services and solutions, announced the finalists of its Digital Government Awards. Since 2010, Granicus has honored government entities and employees who have embraced modern technologies that drive awareness of community programs, improve citizen experiences, transform outdated processes and inspire civic action.
“The 2023 Granicus Digital Government Award winners really demonstrate government’s commitment to serving and engaging citizens,” said Luke Norris, vice president of Granicus Platform and Digital Transformation. “These organizations, teams and individuals have invested in people, processes and technology to champion sustainable digital innovation and we’re honored to partner with them.”
A record number of applications were submitted by local, state and federal government entities for the 2023 awards across seven award categories: Changemaker, Community Engagement, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, Operational Efficiency, Trust & Transparency, and Website of the Year.
The winner of Website of the Year will be based on the people’s choice, with public voting open Monday, Aug. 28 through Friday, Sept. 8 at granicus.com/awards. All other winners will be selected by an internal advisory board based on criteria including government efficiency and effectiveness, customer experience, innovation and overall impact.
The finalists for each category can be viewed at granicus.com/awards and winners will be announced in October.
