Realme X3 goes officially with Snapdragon 855 + chipset, 12MP telephoto shooter
Since launching the X3 SuperZoom last month, Realme followed it up with the X3 vanilla. As the name implies, the X3 removes the periscope attachment seen on the SuperZoom and instead opts for a standard 12MP telephoto camera.
Another distinction in the selfie camera section where the X3 combines a 16MP prime photographer and an 8MP ultra-wide snapper in a similar-looking pill-shaped cutout. Aside from sensor variations and storage settings, the X3 is the same as the SuperZoom.
We've got a 6.6-inch FHD+ IPS LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate and a dual punch-hole split. The fingerprint scanner is still on the right-hand side. Around the rear, we see the same 64MP main shooter alongside an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP lens, and a smaller 12MP telephoto snapper capable of 2x optical zoom.
Last year's Snapdragon 855 + remains at the forefront with 6 GB or 8 GB RAM and 128 GB UFS 3.0 capacity. The device boots Android 10 with the Realme UI on top of it. The battery drops in at 4.200 mAh and allows 30W wired quick-ups.
The Realme X3 will be available in blue and white colors and will launch with INR 24,999 ($330) for the 6/128 GB version. There's also an 8/128 GB edition for INR 25,999 ($343) and both are expected to go on sale on June 30 from Realme's online store and Flipkart with offline retail availability to follow shortly afterwards. Flipkart will take pre-orders starting on June 25th-you can go this way to check out the landing page.
