Moto G 5G Plus has been revealed as the most affordable 5G handset for the company
Motorola also released the most powerful 5G handset, the Moto G 5G Edition. The Moto G range has always been around to make the best of your money and the G5 G Plus would be among the best popular 5G models in Europe, beginning at only €349.
For the 16MP primary and 8MP ultrawide selfie cameras we have a 6.7-inch FHD+ display with a refresh rate of 90Hz and a double punch holes. The panel complies with HDR 10, and has an aspect ratio of 21:9. On the right-hand side is the fingerprint scanner which also serves as the power button.
The handset is fitted with a quad camera system on the back in a square configuration-a first in the Moto lineup. The 48MP main shooter is assisted by an ultrawide 8MP snapper, a 5MP macro module and a 2MP depth assist.
Under the hood, we see the 4 GB or 6 GB RAM matched Snapdragon 765 chipset and 64/128 GB onboard storage which can be further extended through the microSD slot.
The 5,000 mAh battery comes in and allows easy wired 20W load.
On the software side, with some slight Moto enhancements now called My UX, we have the same clean Android 10 build. Other notable features include a headphone jack, NFC, and splash-resistant design.
The Moto G 5 G will be accessible from tomorrow on in Europe. The handset is priced at €349 for the 4/64 GB version in blue and purple colours. There is also a version 6/128 GB which is going to go for €399. In the coming months Motorola will also bring the phone to Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Motorola vowed to introduce a sub-$500 5 G handset to North America in the fall, while the G 5 G Plus would miss the US.
