Leaker says that iPhone 12 Pro versions would have 6 GB of RAM
Four latest iPhone models are scheduled to be launched by Apple later this year, with two versions on the iPhone 12 lineup and two on the iPhone 12 Pro lineup. While we continue to hear more about the next-generation iPhone, leaker @L0vetodream has posted a tip about these devices' internal specifications today.
Apple is expected to implement the A14 chip for this year's iPhones, designed using a modern 5 nanometer design, but specifics on the chips are still elusive. But the new On a Chip (SoC) system will include RAM upgrades for at least two of the 2020 iPhone models, according to @L0vetodream.
The leaker reveals in a cryptic tweet that the Pro lineup will have 6 GB of RAM while the standard lineup will stick with 4 GB of RAM. The A13 cpu with 4 GB RAM supports the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and, iPhone 11 Pro Max.
Rumors say Apple will introduce this year's standard iPhone 12 in two versions, with 5.4 and 6.1 inches, while the iPhone 12 Pro will be available in 6.1 and 6.7 inches.
It is worth noting that this year @L0vetodream accurately forecast a range of Apple updates, from the new iPad Pro with Magic Keyboard to the updated Big Sur macOS.
Apple is yet to clarify that it will publicly launch the new version of iPhone, which normally occurs in September. You will read our quick rundown of what we already learned about the iPhone 12.
