We invite you to a special event from Granicus University – an insightful and informative class on digital government transformation taught by Jeffrey Johnson. Jeffrey is an Adjunct Professor and researcher for various universities, teaching courses on Intergovernmental Relations and Collaborative Management to students pursuing Master of Public Administration degrees. Jeffrey also manages government strategy and relations for SHI.
In this class, we begin by outlining a historical perspective of the rise of technology and digitalization in government. We also highlight the need for local community governments to embrace digital transformation by identifying market trends, needs assessments, risks, and more.
Jeffrey is joined by Clay Campbell, Solutions Consultant at Granicus, who spent 15- years in public service working on a wide variety of GovTech and business process transformation initiatives.
