In Japan Oppo unveils Reno3 A
Oppo has already introduced the first members of the Reno4 lineup, but today , the company has taken a step back and added Reno3 to its series. Oppo Reno3 A which is coming to Japan is the latest addition to the company's portfolio.
With four cameras on the rear and a waterdrop notch on the top, along with downgraded specifications around the whole panel, the latest phone carries the looks of the Oppo Reno3 5G.
The Reno3 A comes with a 665 Snapdragon chipset, along with 6 GB RAM. There is a 6.44 "AMOLED panel on the front which is the same as in the Reno3 5 G and Find X2 Lite / Reno3 Youth, but the overall footprint is slightly larger, pointing towards slightly thicker bezels.
A 4MP f/1.7 main shooter, 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide - angle cam, 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor and 2MP f/2.4 macro unit are included in the back setup. The front camera is equipped with a 16 MP sensor and f/2.0 aperture.
The handset is coming out of the box with ColorOS 7.1, which has a 4.025 mAh battery. Even though it comes with a USB-C connection, there's no room for fast charging. Certain solutions for networking include Wi-Fi 802.11 a / b / g / n / ac for both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, as well as NFC for online purchases and Bluetooth 5.0.
The Reno3 A is sold by Oppo in two colors-Black and White. For JPY39,800 ($370/€330), it can be purchased at online and offline stores.
